The Tarskyne Cabal new release
A lark: the way spiritual warfare happens in the Kingdom of the Messiah
The Lord is looking for some people to help Him fix a problem in New Mexico.
The demonic assault is a major surprise to people who should have known better
The tale begins like a thriller as the Lord enables His people to completely thwart a major assault on Albuquerque by a demonic occult group out of Scotland. They claim to be dedicated to keeping the work of Aleister Crowley alive. It seems to be tied into the woke agenda of the radical left, but they take things much further than that. But let’s not spoil the tale.
It begins in Albuquerque when the Lord speaks to a non-believing college freshman graphic designer having trouble staying awake in his parent’s church. Shocked the Hell out of him—literally. The Lord’s plans are amazing. The first lesson is learning to see beyond Tarskyne, the demon-driven group from Scotland already mentioned. They are promoting doing whatever you will, with chaos and terror. But in the scheme of things, they were a small problem. The Lord uses our spiritual enemy for training. He laughs at their schemes. Satan’s on a short leash.
In a very real way, this tale is an edifying and joyful look at the practicalities of working under the anointing of God in your daily life. They are shared by an author who has been walking in this manner with our Messiah for over fifty years.
One aspect of these tales is seen in the feel-good movies of the thirties. “Let’s do a show!” This is fiction that escapes into joy. These stories are meant to lift you up and fill you with joy. The walk with Jesus is under an easy, light yoke of love and satisfaction. It’s sad to see how many people (and I was certainly one of them) allow circumstances to drive them away from the freedom and power of the walk in the Holy Spirit.
This story is about a series of Jesus’ amazing works, that the Lord has asked His people to walk in. But, for the people He calls to do these things, they are some of the deepest desires of their heart. They are works which the church doesn’t even consider, because they seem too extravagant. Jesus constantly leads them further, with great joy, fervent worship, and a lot of humor.
It’s an updated tale you can sink your teeth into, nearly 400,000 words, containing all four books of the Ascended Light series which was originally written in 2020–2021.
Currently available through my fiction site at Gumroad. It’s an ePUB with excellent typography, designed to be uploaded into Apple Books or Thorium Reader. It’s available in Kindle. But Kindle strips out all the typography, as usual.
