In the middle of the Chaos—Yeshua Messiah
live quietly, mind our own affairs, and work with our hands
We must not lose our focus—————>Joshua, the anointed one/Jesus, the Christ/Yeshua, the Messiah. You know. The one who laid down His exalted position and became a fertilized egg in the womb of a young Jewish woman, a couple of millennia ago. He’s the one who enables us to escape the horrors of this polluted planet which was subjected to the evil schemes of self-made men and women controlled by a malevolent liar.
It’s too late to fix the government, or the church, or the economy. I’m grateful we have been given a little breather. But even here, we are almost overcome by those tottering off on wobbly legs toward the latest and greatest. This thing or that only matters if it shows people to Jesus. He’s the only one with the power to do anything about this mess. His plan is to eliminate the liars, the haters, and the woebegone narcissists.
The temptation is to give up
The victory is won by the overcomers—those who turn to Jesus in desperation. This chaos cannot be figured out. There is no plan which will save us except for the One which already has. That is the Truth, and He is wonderful.
Repent completely and ask Jesus what He wants you to do. Nothing else matters at this late date.
We are part of what will be the Helpmate of the Messiah
He does have things He wants you to do. They normally start out small until you can see how much you can be trusted. When you’ve proven to be trustworthy in the little things, you will get more opportunities. This is a large part of why we won’t normally be working on big things now.
Most of the larger ministries in the church have wandered off on their own recognizance at this point. Those that are true and real are basically fully booked until the end.
Ask the Lord to show you people you can help & things you can do
Remember that He knows them as well as He knows you. The Lord is not limited, so He can get a lot done in a short time. His only limitations are found in the character of His help. Hopefully, you can be alert, joyful, and available. It will be good.
thanks for the reminder, David.
It’s been difficult to stay off the news lately
Excellent...thank you
